教育背景
College and above.
岗位要求
1. 5+ years working experience in training field in manufacturing plant;
2. College and above, majored in Business Administration, English or others;
3. Familiar with the training skills and training planning;
4. Have Lean manufacturing knowledge and experience;
5. Plant manufacturing or relative training experience is a must;
6. Strong implementation capability, Result-orientated;
7. Good communication, organization, coordination ability
岗位职责
1. Responsible for O level annual training plan preparation, include discussion with each supervision, and ensure training plan implementation on time;
2. Improvement of efficiency of training plan continuously;
3. Continue improvement on orientation/pre-job training for new operator and AMT leader training program;
4. Act as internal trainer on in-house courses for O level;
5. Develop internal trainers in company and setup motivate internal trainer system;
6. Select outsourcing training resources;
7. Submit monthly training analysis report;
8. Provide overall execution support to all training & development programs according to Company's training calendar;
9. Keep training record/documents for O level staff and above updated to comply with BPR as well as internal/external audit requirements;
10. Enhance O level employee communication and people satisfaction via various activities & programs;
11. Conduct probation/exist interview with operators;
12. Support on Employee Satisfaction Survey & Analysis report;
13. Keep close connect with operator with open-mind and neutrally attitude. Hold individual talk when necessary and feedback to department managers in time for further improvement on communication with operators;
14. Responsible for operator’s conflict, safety and legal issue solving;
15. Lead admin team to be in charge of all admin. affair, also include organize employee activities, such as outing, annual dinner;
16 Be APS leader in HR dept.
