1. 市场营销或建筑/规划/景观设计相关专业大专以上学历3年相关工作经验；

3. 有较强的销售工作激情、责任心，独立思考、分析、解决问题的能力；

4. 有良好的人际沟通能力，具有较强的客户服务意识和团队合作精神；

Good interpersonal communication skills, strong sense of customer service and team spirit;

5. 有房地产、政府、规划局等人脉关系；

Estate, government, the Planning Board and other connections;

6. 具有良好的专业化外在形象并能在公共场合和客户面前为公司带来积极和正面的表现；

Good professional image of the external and public places and in front of the customer a positive and positive for the company's performance;

7. 工作要求对现有和潜在客户的大量拜访，善于管理个人时间。

工作职责： Responsibilities

1、 负责开拓新的潜在客户和市场，完成销售任务；

Responsible for developing new potential customers and markets, to complete the sales tasks;

2、 积极收集市场信息，提高工作效率；

Active collection of market information, improve work efficiency;

3、 控制销售费用，并控制好应收帐款；

Control sales costs, and control the accounts receivable;

4、 遵守公司各项规定，执行公司销售政策；

Comply with the provisions of the company, implementing the company's sales policy;

5、 明确本岗位的年度任务目标，定期提交工作报告；

Be clear objectives of the annual post regular reports on the work;

6、 承担本区域内销售、回款工作， 完成区域内销售任务；

Assume region sales, reimbursement, and completed sales tasks within the region;

7、 巩固既有客户关系、发展新客户，开拓新的市场领域；

Reinforce customer relationships, developing new customers, develop new-markets;

8、 定期向市场部反映产品动态及市场信息；

9、 参加公司技术及营销培训，提高自身综合素养。
