男女不限，35岁以下，大学本科及以上学历、植物学/植物资源学等相关专业或方向。扎实的植物学理论基础，热爱相关植物工作，吃苦耐劳，责任心强，有一定的组织能力和应变能力。会制作动植物标本或有一定活动组织策划能力的优先考虑。

岗位职责：

1）协助引种保育组负责人完成园区拟定的药用植物引种任务；

2）完成年度野外引种原始数据记录与整理、引种凭证标本制作与鉴定、照片拍摄与整理等相关的工作，规范编写年度引种植物名录；

3）按时完成引种驯化部引种信息系统的录入工作，并认真加以校对；

4）规范保存引种记录薄及其与引种相关的原始档案资料；

5）完成在引种过渡圃内所负责驯化苗木植物名称鉴定与成活植物名录编写、成活苗木年度统计表填报与定植图（表）绘制等相关的驯化工作；

6）负责引种植物栽培与日常管护等相关的驯化（保育）工作，其成活率达到85%以上；

7）完成领导交办的其它任务。

长江药用植物园简介
长江药用植物园位于江苏省如皋市长青沙岛上，由疏港公路和环岛东路所环抱，总占地面积约5000亩，预计总投资达26亿元。项目由江苏长生药用植物有限公司投资兴建，设计出自浙江理工大学园林景观设计机构，中科院药用植物研究所、上海第二军医药大学、湖北省农科院中药材研究所等机构提供技术支撑，并建立国家级实验室分部。公司成立于2010年3月，注册资金4500万元。
整个项目分三个阶段实施，一期工程占地3000亩，按照国家5A级旅游景区的标准规划设计，2010年12月20日正式投入建设。主要以收集、保存长江流域药用植物资源为中心，以种植对人体八大系统（运动系统、循环系统、呼吸系统、神经系统、内分泌系统、消化系统、生殖系统、泌尿系统）有药用价值或保健功能的中草药为重点，并结合如皋长寿之乡、花木之乡的文化底蕴，打造一个集休闲农业、生态餐饮、资源保护、科学研究、科普教育于一体的综合性药用植物园。
二期工程占地约1400亩，主要用于药材育苗和药种驯化，以“名贵中药材培育、种植、加工以及中药产品研发销售”为核心，打造国际化中医药产业发展平台。园区划分为三大功能区块，分别为：药用植物温室大棚区、长江流域重点引种药用植物露天种植园区和药材展销区。
三期用地近500亩，将建成科技研发中心、体检养生中心、疗养公寓以及专家公寓等配套设施，满足把长江药用植物园建设成国家5A级旅游风景区的配套服务需求。

Chang Jiang Medicinal Plants Garden

Chang Jiang Medicinal Plants Garden is located in Changqingsha Island of Rugao City in Jiangsu Province. Occupying 333 hectares, it’s situated in the middle of Shugang Road and the Huandao Easten Road, and the estimated investment reaches 2.6 billion RMB. This project is invested by Jiangsu Changsheng Medicinal Plants Ltd., designed by Garden & Landscape Designing Organization from Zhejiang Science & Technology University. Meanwhile, its technical support is provided by Medicinal Plant Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences，Shanghai Second Military Medical University, and the Chinese Medicine Research Institute from Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences. A branch of the national lab is also established here in the garden area. Chang Jiang Medicinal Plants Garden is founded on March 2010, and with a registered capital of 45 million RMB.

The garden area is divided into three parts of constructions to accomplish the whole project. Planed and designed based on the standard of the National 5A Scenery Sites, the first part occupies 200 hectares, and is officially started the program of construction on December 20th, 2010. This part mainly focuses on collecting and preserving the medicinal plant recourses of the Yangtze River (Chang Jiang) area, and in the same time, emphasizes plating the TCM herbs which specially have the medicinal value and health-care function for the Eight System of human body - Locomotor System, Circulatory System, Respiratory System, Nervous System, Endocrine System, Digestive System, Reproductive System, and Urinary System. Meanwhile, this area also aims to combine with the Rugao’s cultural background of being the Longevity Town and the Flower & Plants Town, and make is as the medicinal plants garden that is a combination of Agricultural Tourism, Ecological Catering, Recourse Preservation, Scientific Researching, and Public Science Education, etc.

In order to build an international stage for developing Chinese medicine and herbal product industry, the second part of the constriction, which occupies about 93 hectares, is mainly used to grow seedlings of herbal plantations and for pharmacopoeia acclimation as well. It focuses on cultivation & cultivation of precious TCM herbs, as well as processing, R & D and sales of TCM herbal products”. The area is divided into three functional sections: Greenhouse Area for Medicinal Plants, Open-air Plating Area for Importantly Introduced Medicinal Plants from Yangtze River, and the Exhibition Area for Herbal Medicine Products.

The third part is nearly 40 hectares, and is planed to built the R&D Center, the Medical Health Center, the Nursing Apartment and the Expert Apartment that equipped with the supporting facilities, and which will meet the demands and standard of establishing the Chang Jiang Medicinal Garden as a National 5A Scenery Site in the future.
