Lead beverage segment plan development and execution to ensure quality
POSITION REPORTS TO: 直接主管

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES 主要工作职责
Understand consumer needs through CU, sensory and other subscribed marketing data as well as intelligence; familiar with food marketing trends
Work with sales to ensure quality execution of reactive projects
Lead regional promotion roll-out in China and ensure it brings good business return
Be able to plan local pro-active promotions based on China consumer trend under the guidance of marketing head
Understand consumer understanding functions and be able to propose for necessary CU resources

QUALICATION AND EXPERIENCE 资质与经验
Holder of bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in business administration or marketing
5-8 years marketing experience in related categories, especially in Savory or Food Service segments
Be familiar with brand analysis, consumer research tools, consumer insights and have critical case experience in these areas
Have innovation and new product development experience
Strong powerpoint and presentation skills
Strong communication & project drive skills
