Requirements
1. 4+ years of experience with Supply Chain Management including warehouse ,import/export, planning
具有4年以上在仓储,进出口及计划领域的供应链管理经验
2. Excellent analytical skill and logic thinking are must. project management experience is strongly preferred
需具备突出的数据分析能力和逻辑化的思维,有项目管理经验为佳
3. Outstanding and creative problem solving skills related to Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation or Inventory Management with using VSM,TMFA,why-why,8D report tools
需具备突出的创造性的问题解决能力,能够熟练运用价值流分析,时间流分析,why-why分析及8D报告等工具
4. Familiar with TS16949 and ISO18000
熟悉TS16949及ISO18000的要求
5. Fluent verbal and written English and Chinese

岗位职责
Job Responsibility
1. Leading projects in following areas for continues improvement:

2. Customer demand/forecast accuracy improvement through data analysis and process optimization

3. In-transit warehouse/VMI warehouse operation standardization for cost saving and quality control.
中转仓库及供应商管理库存仓库的标准化操作以降低成本和质量管控
4. Lean logistics deployment including inbound/outbound such as cross docking, transportation mode design
在精益物流的实行,如交叉转运及运输模式规划等
5. Supplier management, regularly review the KPI with supplier and leading to define action plan if there is any gap, improve supplier’s performance and service level
供应商管理,定期回顾关键指标,并做出行动计划,优化供应商的服务
6. Other tasks assigned by line manager

Responsibility for Quality/Environment/Safety Management System
1. 了解公司质量环境方针，配合执行公司环境管理规定，遵守相关法律法规；
Knowledge of environment policy about quality, implement environment policy, comply with laws of environment;
2. 了解本部门环境因素。
Knowledge of environment factor for quality department.
3. 保证所有相关活动符合公司政策和流程的安全实施；
Ensure all relevant activities are carried out safely and securely, whilst observing company policies & procedures;
