With business and activities growing, and with the two production sites located in Wuxi, we are looking for a QSHE Manager. As QSHE Manager, he/she will be responsible for the establishment, implementation, documentation & maintenance of the QSHE management system which involves development and implementation of policies, processes, procedures and tools so that the required quality, safety, health and environment standards for the consolidated Company are met in all aspects of its business. You will be part of the Atlas Copco Air / Gas Purification management team and report to the General Manager.

Strong reputation of product quality with our Customers and Customer Centers measured through our NPS (Net Promoter Score). Introducing the Culture of Quality as a passion, taking every customer complaint, even minor, as an opportunity for improvement

Job Description
Act as a management representative for QSHE which includes:

1.Responsible for the establishment, implementation, improvement, documentation & maintenance of the QSHE management system and ensure effectiveness.
2. Implement Quality, Safety/Environmental standards, processes, and procedures based on group / business area / divisional requirements, industry standards and guidelines as well as customer requirements.
3. Develop, document, and communicate internal standards and measures of performance, including the review and revising of the company management system (QEMS), Corrective and Preventive Actions, Internal Audits and Safety/Environmental Reviews, review of product improvement process based on quality claims
4. Provide strategies which address internal methods for improving QSHE performance, productivity and reducing / eliminating product waste and customer complaints

You will lead 3 teams with the following responsibilities
1: Quality team, responsible for the quality processes and measurement from incoming goods until the dryer is shipped to the customer
2: Safety, Health and Environment: work continuously towards a zero accident working environment and following up the action plan for sustainable goals
3: Facility: Manage facility property (building, power, water supply, air-conditioners…) to keep in good condition, and cooperate with government on relative legal requirements

Experience requirements

- She / He should also have a strong engineering background and a good understanding of the processes applied in the operations: such as Product Development, Supplier Quality and Manufacturing Quality processes.
- Above 5 years relevant working experience, including 2 years managerial roles and experience in manufacturing enterprises.
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills

Knowledge
Good command of English both oral and writing, as well as computer skills (MS office).

Educational requirements
University degree or above in Mechanical engineering or related area.

Personality requirements
High level of initiative and continuous improvement thought process.
Good interpersonal and communication skills and be able to interact well at various levels and able to positively persuade, convince and impress others in order to achieve results.
