Job description
Your overall Mission is to take the full responsibility for planning and logistic with lean concept. You will lead a team to further develop our competence of supply efficiency include shorten lead time , on time delivery , inventory control and right packing

You will report to operations manager

Mission
Your mission will be to further develop and grow our supply chain, by improving the forecast ,suppliers' delivery performance and on time deliver to customer

Some of your key activities as following areas:

Communication with PC/CC in Asia , regular level meeting with key customers
Define right level of forecast , follow up delivery performance and optimize supply chain include inventory control , packing, labeling ...
Coordination for import/export issues
Cooperation with CT logistic team for the future inbound processes improvement (transport & logistics)
Integration planning and logistic team for Wuxi Pneumatech and Shengda

Experience requirements
We look for a person with a proven result record and background in an international company, including experience from operations in a Product Company or Customer Center. You should be a true team leader, working with a clear vision and have the ability to achieve results through others.
If you already work in BPCS and Be2NET environment it will be perfect

Educational requirements
The successful candidate has a University degree - technically and/or commercially. He/she should be fluent in English.

Personality requirements
Dynamic person with strong development and leadership skills, pro-active with good interpersonal skills. Strong customer orientation. Able to build a high performing team and create lasting results.
