岗位职责
1.配合市场传讯经理实施酒店的公关活动, 做好媒体宣传计划，为饭店的品牌树立良好的公关形象。
2.整理归档酒店宣传资料，拟写函件、新闻稿、柬帖，处理来往信件。
3.保持并监督酒店的广告及宣传品制作，使与豪生集团的品牌标准相一致。
4.建立并更新酒店数据库，包括新闻媒体，客户，政府，协会及社团人士，负责所有社交活动的联络工作及请柬发放。

岗位要求
1.语言能力：流利普通话，良好语言表达能力和英语口语
2.具有公共能力，谈判能力，善于接触各类型的客人；
3.在客户服务和媒体关系管理上，接受过良好的系统训练，具有优秀的人际沟通技巧；
4.有在星际酒店公关部工作经验者。
