岗位职责
1.协助部门经理制定人力资源战略规划和年度人力资源需求计划，做好人才储备工作。
2.负责公司招聘活动实施工作，包括各部门招聘需求的统计、招聘文稿的草拟、招聘活动 的组织实施、接待引领新员工等工作。
3.协助建立公司人员招聘体系，根据公司人力资源需求，拟定公司年度招聘计划。
4.协助部门领导做好薪酬与福利体系的设计与管理工作。
5.根据各关键岗位任职要求及人员素质特点，协助编制公司总部关键岗位职业发展通道。
6.协助建立畅通的沟通渠道，听取员工合理化建议，协助组织处理员工投诉和劳动争议， 协调、处理劳动人事方面的纠纷。

岗位要求
1.熟悉HR理论与实操，熟悉国家劳动法规及相关政策。
2.三年以上招聘工作经验。
3.熟悉招聘理论与实操。
4.熟悉各种招聘渠道，精通各种面试方法与技巧。
5.积极主动、善于沟通协调、团队意识及承压能力强具有亲和力，良好的职业道德。
