Responsibility:

A Production Planning and Scheduling :
1. Responsible for receiving the customer order & forecast, and filing properly by timing sequence
2. Responsible for master schedule loading & changes to ensure alignment with customer liability agreement, capacity and material constraints
3. Responsible for work order generation and adjustment, work out daily, weekly and monthly schedule according to delivery plan
4. Monitors, analyzes & reports performance to schedule of production, utilizing information derived from MRP system.
5. Be familiar with manufacturing processes, production capacity, Analyzing production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements
6. Analyze and follow up the implementation results of production planning, improve the rationality and accuracy of production planning
7. Keep good communication with Production team on OEE, work with production to evaluate capacity and ensure that potential bottlenecks are identified and necessary action is taken

B Material Planning
1. Responsible for material stable supply by consideration of purchasing lead time, MOQ , supplier capacity etc., and setup safety stock if necessary(approved by management)
2. Responsible for monitor/follow up the raw material stock accuracy
3. Responsible for Customs Handbook material management : raw material importation, product write off etc.; support the yearly handbook balance
4. Responsible to ERP & Customs Handbook maintenance : such as material master data, BOM etc.
5. Work with procurement to manage and appraise supplier’s delivery performance , continuous improvement on inventory turnover

C Inventory Control :
1. Responsible for idle stock ( raw material/ finished goods ) monitoring , coordinate and push relevant team/function to expedite the consumption
2. Responsible for safety stock management: according to sales history and forecast, timely review with sales team to confirm / adjust SKU & volume
3. Sales forecast accuracy improvement by cooperating with Customer Service & Sales team : setup regular meeting to review the sales forecast by project & customer, provide continuous analysis on sale forecast to support the accuracy improvement.

D New Project
1. Participate and involve in new project initially, cooperate with relevant team to support new production introduction (NPI) product trial run, mass production and delivery
2. Work with Customer Service to follow up the sample orders, pilot orders or other special orders


Requirement:
1. Undergraduate or equivalent in Logistics, Material/ Production Management etc.
2. Minimum of 3 year experience in production/material planning and order processing
3. Practiced at Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) , especially for Excel
4. Experienced with ERP & MRP system ( SAP ,Oracle, QAD, Axaptas etc. ),
5. Fluent in English : verbal , read and written
6. Aware the production & Logistics process of WFOE company
7. Good logical & statistical analysis capability
8. Good inter-person communication and presentation skills
9. Strong study aspiration & ability
10. Initiative , accountability & team work player
11. Good oversee & cross thinking capability
