Requirements
- 8 + years working experience with multinational manufacturing companies, 3 years management experience; 3 years costing experience
- Working experience with ERP system, MFG PRO is a plus;
- Good English communication skills, both written and orally,
- Proficiency in PC skills, especially spreadsheet processing;
- Mature and good business sense to work effectively with multi-functions;
- Quick learner, team work spirit, self-motivate and able to work under pressure;
- Good Project management skill
Responsibilities
Daily:
1. Supervise Standard Cost Set-Up and Control.
2. Supervise Product BOM/Routing/Labor time and related cost information in ERP system control.
3. Supervise Item master data control and item activation in ERP system.
4. Supervise Sales/Purchase price control and maintenance.
5. Related cost information daily gathering, tracking and controlling, prepare for monthly closure
6. Coordinate among AB plants and with SB/SWIP line to ensure costing job carried out smoothly
7. Local key user for ERP system.
8. Provide transfer price for new project or sample to inter-companies
Monthly:
9. Lead and supervise monthly cost related sub-ledger booking/verification/reconciliation.
10. Sales APR (annually price reduction) review and accrual
11. Monthly cost related Hyperion report and Financial Comments preparation.
12. Monthly mid-month sales forecast and rolling sales/direct cost forecast.
13. Lead and Supervise monthly sales/OH/direct labor efficiency/Inventory/ITR analysis report.
14. Other cost related analysis report like freight in/freight out/package and etc.
15. Follow the cost control weakness with other department manager.
16. Ensure cost booking and reporting compliance with US/PRC GAAP and ALV policies
Quarterly:
17. Quarterly obsolete and slow moving inventory review with Logistic department
18. Prepare the quarterly sales /direct cost forecast.
19. Cost data preparation for EQ/FC
Yearly:
20. Annual cost related internal & external audit.
21. Annual sales & direct cost forecast.
22. Annual internal transfer price review and update.
23. Annual QAD cost related master data review and update.
Any other tasks assigned by Financial Controller.
