JOB OBJECTIVES:
1. To translate the formulation lines FMM into operation procedure.
2. To support FFP plant formulation lines commissioning and startup(e.g. procedure preparation,schedule check, raw material preparation, align schedule with vendor) with technology mgr.
3. To check the formulation lines equipment documentation handed over by AST (e.g. as build drawing, equipment document,isometric drawing).
4. Training operators for formulation process.
1) Formulation process optimize together with China,Regional,global formulation team.
2) Handling continuous improvement project focus on productivity and cost in formulation line and utility.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Know How Transfer
Know how to fransfer FMM into operation procedure with BASF requirement, how to transfer quality requirement into formulation activities(e.g. charging requirement, milling requirement, sampling requirement)
2. Planning
Work out technology solution to fullfil supply chain schedule( e.g. quantity, schedule,quality)
3. Cost
Focusing on cost reduction opportuny in formulation line and complete cost reduction project( e.g. milling time reduction, change over optermization, sampling improvement)
4. Process:
1) Monitor the effectiveness of formulation line, initiate and complete project which focuse on productivity improvement, process stability.
2) Definition , recording and controlling of formulation line KPIs;
3) Updating of formulation line documentation (P&IDs, equipment drawings / layout, general engineering documentation)
5. Organization/ Personal Development:
1) Responsible for operational training and qualification concepts. Updating of qualification documentation.
2) Improvement and changes in Process organization
3) Assessment of formulation line operator personal capabilities together with production mgr
6. EHS:
1) Responsible for the formulation line process safety.
2) Responsible for development and documentation of formulation line safety and environmental concepts (EHS evaluations, waste handling and treatment, emissions etc.)
3) Review formulation line safety, ensure establishing and execution of company's safety regulations, develop safety and health consciousness of personnel
7. Support new projects
Responsible for the formulation line documents check, ensure that is sufficient for commissioning and startup.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education: Bachelor Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering
2. Experience: More than 5 years in Chemical industry as Formulation Engineering Experience in Agrochemical industry and Plant construction project would be advantage.
3. Technical & Professional Knowledge: BASF EHS knowledge & Chinese EHS regulations; Good English and PC skills, experience with chemical process; good English for speaking, reading and writing
