主要职责

Project Phase

· 负责项目阶段电气设备的图纸及相关文件的检查。

Responsible for project phase electrical equipment drawings and related documents checked.

负责实施和支持项目实施阶段各电气设备的工厂测试及现场验收。

Responsible for the implementation and support of project implementation phase of the electrical equipment factory test and site acceptance.

负责实施项目实施阶段的各类电气设备的安装和调试。

Responsible for the implementation of the project implementation phase types of electrical equipment installation and commissioning.

实施设计、项目实施阶段文件资料的整理归档。

Implementation of the design, project implementation phase of the archives documents.

运营阶段

Operation phase

· 负责实施公司电气设备的保养、维护、检修计划和实施；日、周、月保养及年度 检修的验收、归档。

Responsible for implementation of the company's maintenance of electrical equipment, maintenance, overhaul planning and implementation; daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance overhaul inspection, archiving.

做好全公司电气系统的技术支持。

· Good company-wide electrical system technical support.

· 设备问题处理电气和控制系统部分。

Equipment trouble shooting electrical and control system.

· 10kV变电所和低压配电室的值班和操作。

10kV power station/MCC on duty and operation.

· 主管安排的其它设备设施维修维护等工作。

Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned by leader.

· 做好与机械团队和仪表团队的密切配合。

Do a good job with the mechanical team and in close collaboration with the instrument team

协助各部门进行电气设备管理工作。

Assist departments in the management of the electrical equipment

协助公司进行GMP验证相关工作。

Assist company to complete GMP verification related work.

主要经验和技能
Critical Experience and Skills

· 有药厂或化工厂工作经验者优先。

The pharmaceutical or chemical plants work experience is preferred.

熟悉在安全区域/防爆区域/洁净室的工作规范，熟练掌握配电盘，电缆敷设，照明，仪表，PLC等电气方面的技能。

Know how to work at safety area & explosion-proof area & cleaning room, familiar to electrical issue like power panel, cabling, lighting, instrument and PLC, etc.

· 熟悉电气和传感器方面的相关知识，对DCS控制系统有一定的了解。

Familiar with electrical and sensor relevant knowledge, the DCS control system has got to understand.

· 有供电部门颁发的高压设备值班和操作证。

HV device operation/on duty license from power bureau

· 熟悉电气安装规范。

Familiar with electrical installation specifications

· 具有预防维修经验。

Have a preventive maintenance experience

· 有效的电工维修证（低压电工证）。

Electrical maintain license from government

· 有效的电工进网证

Effective electrical network work permit。
