Conducts analyses and experiments to determine chemical and physical properties of production and pre-production materials. Responsible for the implementation of current and new formulations into the manufacturing environment. Supporting plant trials and raw material evaluations. Supporting research and development programs for greases. Tasks include sampling, testing, measuring, recording and analysing results.

Primary Responsibilities:
? Interpret results by applying knowledge of chemistry , propose conclusions and follow-up work.
? Responsible for logically organizing and analyzing data and presenting results in written or oral form to peers and supervisors.
? Expert in running all equipment/tests in application area (independent for complex problems). Under supervision for new methods development.
? Applies experience and knowledge to conduct work with a high level of efficiency by managing multiple tasks.
? Gives discretionary input and initiative by modifying or expanding work.
? Participate in both internal quality testing audits and external customer audits of this laboratories performance - meet all requirements.
? Solve manufacturing problems and providing needed support for all production steps of grease production
? Interact and clearly communicate on quality issues directly with customers and sometimes working in collaboration with them
? Serve as a testing referee to settle supporting testing data problems


Required Skills and Abilities:
Bachelors Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or other physical science.
4 - 7 years working experience
? Project Management skills; Excellent communication skills; Problem solving skills;
? Math Skills; Knowledge of chemistry, engineering, formulation methodology, computer data entry and graphics skills
? Ability to perform established experimental procedures to meet project goals.
? Ability to use technical background to design variations on procedures to solve technical problems.
