任职及技能要求：
Experience: Five to ten years of marketing and sales experience in a high technology market or the power/energy field. Sales engineer experience preferred. Understanding of distribution channels and pros and cons for each. Must be personable, very presentable and should come with a list of contacts for potential business.

Education: Business degree required, engineering degree preferred.

Job Requirements: To be able to study, assess, and develop detailed plans to penetrate the Asian market for fuel cells and energy generation.

Able to define critical product characteristics desired by the customer and organize into a product suite.Able to successfully execute plans to increase sales on a continuous basis.

Able to take BEI to a leadership position in the Asian market as a supplier of MEA's and fuel cell systems. Budgeting experience
