Caterpillar has exciting opportunities for accountants who want to be challenged, are mobile and are interested in progressing through a number of staff and supervisory assignments.In this position, you will be providing technical expertise on complex business, financial, or managerial issues within a business unit or corporate environment. You will be responsible for supervising a team consisting of various levels of management accountants and salaried support positions.

Job Responsibilities:
1) Manage People:* Work with selected financial systems, interpreting and adhering to Caterpillar’s general accounting practices and procedures* Supervise salaried and management personnel who perform accounting functions of varying complexity* Manage a small team and their related workload, prioritizing projects, assigning and reviewing work, and controlling the daily operating environment* Evaluate and report on staff performance, participate in employee selections, provide career guidance and training direction, comply with personnel practices, and promote team rewards and successes* Provides technical guidance and expertise to team* Motivate team members to work towards individual and team goals and objectives, fostering an environment of teamwork and cooperation
2) Manage Expectations:* Communicate effectively within the team and with internal and external customers and data providers* Understand and manage customer requirements and expectations.· Serve as liaison between customer, team and data providers* Identify and communicate goals and objectives of team* Provide services, make recommendations and manage costs
3) Perform Complex Staff Work:* Provide technical guidance and expertise on highly complex accounting issues such as preparing financial results analysis for upper level management, providing forecast data, etc* Lead initiatives outside team to represent the group, (e.g. documenting processes, making presentations)* Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of Caterpillar’s businesses, products, suppliers and customers

Required Qualifications:
4 year Degree in Accounting or equivalent* 4 year Degree in Business with a minimum of 18 hours accounting coursework* Demonstrated success and progression in previously held accounting positions* Willingness to relocate and be mobile minded* Demonstrated excellence in Leadership, Initiative, Communication, Interpersonal, Analytical, Decision Making and Problem Solving skills

Desired Qualifications:
* Professional Certification (CPA, CMA or equivalent)* 5 to 7 years Accounting experience* Accounting experience at a large public accounting firm or a Fortune 500 company* MBA or Masters Degree in Accounting (or equivalent)

大型轮式装载机厂将生产由无锡研发中心所开发的新型装载机。这种新型轮式装载机将会满足中国以及其它各地区日益增长的市场需求。

通州地区紧邻卡特彼勒中国现有的多个生产基地，以及大多数供应商。目前，卡特彼勒在中国已经建立了16个生产制造厂，4个研发中心以及3个物流分配中心。
