Description：
As an Engineer Team Leader, you will lead a team and participate in the solving of complex, global technical problems and creating critical components and systems. You will manage the planning and delivery of projects, continually learn and stay abreast of innovative technology, mentor and coach team members, and broaden your professional network.

In this role, you will also deepen your knowledge base of Caterpillar’s products, technologies, processes, services and systems, which you will use to:
· Provide technical guidance on needs analysis and initiate ideas;
· Communicate results to customers, suppliers, team members, and other business units;
· Lead teams in the design of new products, processes, components, and systems;
· Complete projects on time and on cost; and
· Acknowledge and raise customers’ and management’s awareness of trade-offs between time, resources and quality.

Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum
· Relevant work experience required – 9-12 years with Bachelor’s (or equivalent) degree or 6-8 years with Master’s (or equivalent) degree or 1-2 years with Doctorate (or equivalent) degree
· Strong analytical skills
· Proven team leadership skills

卡特彼勒（通州）有限公司是卡特彼勒在中国最新筹建的投资实体，2012年1月5日的奠基仪式结束后，全新的亚太区试验场以及大型轮式装载机厂将在江苏通州破土动工。

亚太区试验场是目前卡特彼勒在亚洲技术研发的延伸，它将为卡特彼勒在中国以及亚太区开发的产品提供研发测试和验证的服务平台。

大型轮式装载机厂将生产由无锡研发中心所开发的新型装载机。这种新型轮式装载机将会满足中国以及其它各地区日益增长的市场需求。

通州地区紧邻卡特彼勒中国现有的多个生产基地，以及大多数供应商。目前，卡特彼勒在中国已经建立了16个生产制造厂，4个研发中心以及3个物流分配中心。
