职位描述

Major responsibilities include:
• Sales Order Processing :
o Responsible for creating Sales Order in ERP system for order received via telephone, fax, e-mail and Shaw Salesforce. For trading product, create PO and contact customer service in the States

o PO/Contract Review
 Before order entry, review each customer contract / PO to make sure it is in line with ERP system setup and terms and conditions requested by company

 Apply for approvals for any special terms and conditions in order to make contract management in line with Shaw’s policy and procedure.

o Responsible to deal with customer queries relating to MOQ, price, deliveries and product information

o Coordinate with internal parties to improve on time delivery performance

o Regular backlog review and overdue backlog clean up

o Regular inventory review with traffic specialist and 3rd part warehouse for trading product

o RMA / Customer sample handling and follow up

o Responsible to establish new acs based on customer supplied information; responsible to customer mater date maintenance in ERP system

o As the backend of Sales structure, coordinate to offer positive & comprehensive solution to support sales business around the Asia Pacific area. work with/support sales team to take whatever steps are necessary to prevent cancellations/ lost business and communicates information to plant or US erpart.


• Complaint Handling :
o Coordinate the resolution of customer complaints, by bringing the complaints back to the relevant department / Function and following up on corrective action to customers (including return, refund, replacement, customer claims) in order to ensure customer satisfaction with Shaw’s services.


• Customer Relationship Maintenance
o Work with Sales to establish and maintain customer business relationships including communicating with customers via telephone, Fax and e-mail etc.

o Develop skills and knowledge to better solve customer issues;

o Participate in customer visits to Shaw CN facilities and customer locations; and represents the customer’s point of view during internal decision making process in order to build good relationship with customers and effectively resolve customer issues.

• Internal Coordination
o Establish relationships with all departments/functions of Shaw CN plant , Sales in China & Asia Pacific , Customer Service in the States and other Shaw functions in order to get effective support other departments and satisfy customer requirements.


• Policy and Procedure
o Get knowledge about and follow up company policy and order procedure to verify requests customers, sales team and other functions, and get proper approval for any exceptional cases in order to make fully compliance to the policy and procedure


• Record Maintenance/Retention
o Secure all sales order data entered into ERP system timely and correctively

o Minimize data error and improve data accuracy to benefit ERP report quality

o File/archive all hard copy documents and records according to ISO and company policy requirements in order to ensure sales order data and documents can be kept completely, accurately and in line with the company retention polices.

大专以上学历,贸易、物流、英语专业
三年以上客服或外贸员或供应链相关工作经历。
熟练操作OFFICE软件
英语(听、说、写)良好
沟通交流能力强
有全局观念与综合思考能力
