Function Description 职能描述:

→Leads the implemention the company's human resources admission program, by planning, coordinating and performing recruitment and selection strategy. 领导公司人力资源录用计划的实施，计划、协调和履行招聘及筛选战略。
→Be responsible for the induction process and for hiring selected candidates. 负责入职程序及录用既定人选的工作。

→ Ensures all the activities contribute to corporate profitability 确保所有行为都有益于提高公司的盈利
→ Continuously improves operational processes 持续改进营运过程
→Assures legal compliance with HSE legislation for all process activities, and compliance with all corporate HSE 确保所有的行为均符合健康、安全和环境方面的法律要求，并遵循公司的健康、安全和环境的要求

Education or Equivalent教育:

Bachelor and above degrees, majoring in human resource, business management、machinofacture

or a related discipline; 本科及以上学历，专业为人力资源，商务管理、机械制造或相关专业

经验要求Experience:

At least 2 years relevant working experience, with 1 years in an international Machinery manufacturing company 二年以上相关工作经验，一年外企制造业公司工作经历

Competencies技能：

Essential 基本要求:
Language skills语言技能 : Fluent English in oral & written 英语读说写流利
IT Skills计算机技能: MS Office 熟练使用office 办公软件
Literacy and numeracy, Leadership, Verbal communication, Team playing skills 读写能力、数字分析能力、领导能力、交流沟通能力及团队合作精神
