Description
1. Quality contact window between customer and company to offer the continuous satisfied service.
2. Secretary of the quality committee and the quality management representative which be approved by the plant manager.
3. Driver and guider of the supplier quality to guarantee the continuous qualified material accommodation with sourcing together.
4. Working with relevant department to define the appropriate and adequate procedures and measures for the operation process to make sure all the process be kept in the good manner control and the outputs meet the specification of the customer.
5. NPI quality and reliability leader to make sure all function be ready before passing to mass production.
6. Monitor the cost of poor quality monthly and coordinate the improvement plan with Finance and Plant manager together.
7. Contact window between site and other regions for any quality issues.
8. Others per the practice.

Qualifications
1. At least 6 years quality or engineering management in the field of textile related industry (glove preferred)
2. Bachelor Degree or above, major in textile or mechanical engineering preferred
3. At least 3 years working experience in European or North American companies management positions

Skills
1. Solid communication & management skills, including the demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, an open and dynamic attitude.
3.Good at English
