Technical Skill Requirements：
Capable to read and understand DRAWING (AutoCAD)
Background of manufacturing / Engineering
English reading /writing good skills necessary
Understanding of cushion cost driver
Responsibilities：
1) Be in charge of cushion quotes RFQ, AS100, Serial life and VEVA for following internal process.
2) Manage nesting in the quotation phase.
3) Maintain quotation tool and drive improvement of the correlation between costing and reality.
4) Responsible for planning and coordination of quotation phase activities.
5) Delegate tasks on cross functional team members, such as Sales, Purchase, Engineering, Process for quotation.
6) In cooperation with Engineering make sure that the quoted products meet the OEMs expectations/requirements given by the customer accounts and production requirements. Highlight deviation between customer and Autoliv requests.
7) Make sure that the new potential projects follow the product roadmaps as much as possible.
8) Drive for cost competitiveness.
9) Main point of contact for product technical development and improvement.
10) Fabric Material - create new variants into masterlist, maintain EDR data for fabrics in PLM.
11) Insure data used for quotation are as correct as possible.
12) Check on the behalf of cushion drawings / E-BOM for correct fabric and thread before drawings / parts are released.
13) Act on tasks delegated by line manager.
14) Propose cost improvement during RDQ / project life.
