1. According to company development strategy, to assist with EGD manager in

creating and transforming equipment production ability and production technology in order to meet production need. Focus on Product Development Phase Analysis, PFEMA, DFEMA and Control Plan.

2. Be responsible for formulating company technology management system, responsible for establishing and Improving products design, trial-manufacture of new product, standardized technical regulation, and technical information management system. Organize, coordinate, and urge related departments to establish and improve management standard and system of equipment, quality, and energy and so on.

3. Organize and work out company technology development project. Work out near-term job plan of improving technology, long-term technology development and technology measurement project, and organize a series of technology organization and management such as sketching, amending, complementing and implementing project.

4. Be responsible for formulating and amending technical regulation. Work out related technology rules of product utilization, maintenance and technology security.

5. Be responsible for bringing in new technology and working out and implementing product development to guarantee product variety updated and enlarged.

6. Rationally work out technology document, improve and standardize process flow.

7. Be responsible for working out company technology development project, and grasp technology management. Systematically recommend and cultivate specialized skilled employees and do well in profession training and management.
8. Finish other work assigned by manager on time
