POSITION OBJECTIVE 设置此职位目的:
Assistant Equipment Supervisor to manage, coordinate & solve all the construction side problems.
协助设备主管管理、协调及解决现场设备的问题

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责:

Understand and know all the equipment used in our company.
了解公司所有运营设备。

Formulate and execute equipment maintains plan; make sure all the equipment working well.
制定并执行设备维护计划，保证所有农场设备运营状态正常。

Technical training, maintaining & fixing to technicists of each farm.
对农场技术人员进行技术培训、指导维护及维修方案。

SCOPE & DIMENSIONS:

REQUIREMENTS任职要求:
Education学历要求：22-35 years old ,third level of English using, major in related electrical/英语应用能力三级，电气相关专业
Experience 工作经验: some equipment maintenance experience /有一定设备维护经验
Languages 语言: Mandarin, third level of English using,/普通话，英语应用能力三级
Other Skills 其他技能要求:
有驾照，驾龄1年或以上。To have driving license over one year.
熟练使用日常办公软件。To use office software frequently.
组织协调能力强，能够协调各部门完成相应工作。To have organization & coordination ability then to finish all work coordinate with each department.
有一定的概括能力，计划能力，逻辑思维强，思维敏捷。To have general & plan ability and good in logical thinking & quickly response.
能独立分析、解决问题。Can analyze & solve problems independently.

Jiangsu Tyson Foods Co., Ltd was founded in 2008 in Haimen. Jiangsu focused on providing fresh and frozen products for Shanghai and East China fast food and retail industry. Jiangsu Tyson as a new integrated production base, slaughter nearly one million chickens per week. It provides safe source of high-quality chicken with its own feed stuff factory. The total investment will reach $ 90 million. Products primarily will be sold to one hundred thirty-nine million consumers in Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang through retail channels.
