Responsibilities
- Assist on cleansing master data based on information on hand

- 根据现有信息协助整理基础数据
- Assist to prepare historical data for ERP go live

- 协助准备ERP上线所需历史数据
- make on-site visits to collect ERP location data for warehouse

- 实地考察并收集仓库库位数据
- Participate business document layouts and business reports designs

- 参与业务文档和业务报告的设计
- Attend necessary trainings such IT and ERP administration, report designs

- 参加必要培训，如IT和ERP管理培训，报表设计培训等
- Assist to migrate data to new ERP system

- 协助将数据导入新系统
- Assist on some ERP operational work at the first several months of ERP go live

- 在ERP上线最初的几个月里参与新系统操作
- Other ad hoc ERP tasks

- 其他ERP相关工作

Requirements
- Third year or forth year university/college student major in computer science or similar or above

- 第三年或第四年的大学学生，或更高学历，计算机及相关专业
- Excellent with Microsoft office, especially excel, word; knowing visio is a plus

- 精通应用Office软件，特别是Excel和Word，会用Visio者优先
- Familiar with SQL and crystal report tools are plus
- 熟悉SQL和水晶报表工具者优先

- Good working attitude, carefulness, and responsibility

- 工作态度良好，细心和有责任心
- Business trip may be needed

- 可以国内出差
- Good at Mandarin and English

- 中英文熟练
