职责描述：

1. Arrange samples delivery to customer

客户打样样品寄送

2. Arrange materials to production for trial run

安排试产物料

3. Familiar with e-office procedures, mainly:

熟悉E-office流程

4. Familiar with SAP system to check inventory, check and download BOM

熟悉SAP系统，查询库存及下载BOM数据

5. Set-up BOM & Routing, and maintain before every build to ensure its accuracy

建立BOM & Routing表单，并在每个试产阶段进行维护，确保准确性

6. Attend all trial runs and record down issues observed during these trial runs

参与各个试产阶段并记录试产问题点

7. Hands-on where needed in the production floor

如有需要，需亲自参与到产线上确认问题点

8. Effective communication internally

有效地和内部各个单位沟通

9. Assist PM Lead by following up closely with respective departments on deliverables/action items

协助PM Leader，追踪各部门的相关措施执行进度及交付物交付状况

10. Escalate to direct supervisor whenever there is issue beyond his/her control, and/or delay impacting delivery schedule

当异常或突发状况超出自身能力所及可解决的范围（如：出货排程Delay），需及时向直接主管汇报

11. Any ad-hoc task as assigned by PM HOD

任职要求：

1.College graduate (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic or Industrial is preferred)

大专毕业以上学历（机械，电子，机电整合或工业工程背景为佳）

2.1-5 years of working experience in MNC

1~5年的跨国企业工作经验

3.At least 2 years of relevant technical experience (tooling, molding, CNC, stamping, product development or EMS is preferred)

至少2年相关电子产业的工作经验（模具，注塑，CNC加工，冲压为佳）

4.Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, medical devices & automotive are preferred

消费性电子产品，家用电器，医疗器械，汽车零组件经验

5.Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
