1.Work with all planners for the Master Production plan

2.Ensure effective material plan to support production running continually, and daily monitor inventory to adjust plan

制订有效的物料计划支持生产运行，并时时通过监控库存水准来调整物料计划

3.Confirm potential problems that may affect delivery performance and make recovery plan in advance.

确认可能影响到出货的潜在问题，并提前做好恢复计划。

4.Work out capacity loading plan for rolling 12 months.

根据项目需求预测估算未来12个月的产能情况。

5.Optimize production capacity to meet maximum production output.

优化产能以达到***产量

6.Make effective production plan and capacity plan to achieve 100% on time delivery.

制订有效的生产计划和产能安排，达成100%准时交货。

7.Inventory control to achieve the target and MRB control in time

根据设定目标控制库存和呆滞物料及时处理

8.Consolidate and review material liability report

强化及审核呆滞物料提报

9.Keep data in SAP system accurately and timely.

维护SAP系统的数据的及时性和准确性。

10.Leading and training the subordinate to ensure them achieve the target

领导并给予下属相应的培训，使之完成工作目标

11.Finish the work and assessment assigned by superior

完成上级安排的工作及考核。

任职要求：

1.Preferred in Electronic / Machine or related Education background.

具备电子、机械或相关学历背景优先。

2.Over 4 years production planning experience.

4年以上生产计划方面工作经验。

3.Strong sense of work responsibility and proactive work attitude

积极主动的工作态度，强烈的责任感。

4.Have experience of SAP or other MRP system

具有SAP或其他MRP系统的操作经验

5.Familiar with quality system
