岗位职责：

 1. 负责职责范围内生产工艺的开发和改进； In charge of product technical development and improvement 

2. 负责质量/环保体系中与生产制造、设备追溯相关文件的制定、培训和改进 In charge of making, training and improving the document of quality/occupational health and manufacturing;  

3. 协调新供应商的开发及供应商绩效评估；Lead related function team to develop the new line supplier and supplier assessment;

4. 监控所有新项目设备制作的合理布点,确保生产线按时到位；Monitor the machine supplier’s distributing, ensure the line arrives on time;

5. 负责项目进度及工厂相关的成本管理；Effective management of project schedule and cost related to plant, and reporting to management;

6. 负责生产过程/原材料的变更控制；In charge of process/material change;

7. 产线有质量风险时,组织团队（工艺、设备、追溯）分析问题解决问题；Organize team to analysis and solve the problem when the new line have quality issue;

8. 组织设备、工艺、追溯协同其他相关职能进行生产过程的控制以及生产设备与追溯系统的安装、调试、验收、维修、升级改善等。Coordinate maintenance, process, tracing and other relevant functions to realize production process control and the installation, validation, maintenance and optimization of production and tracing system.        

9. 参与Autoliv制造标准的制定和落实;Participation in the establishment and deployment of Autoliv manufacturing process standard.

10. 负责工艺工程师的日常管理及培训；Responsible for daily management and training of process engineers;

11. 标准化工作职责，领导组内成员按时完成项目任务；Standardize the work responsibility and leader the team member complete the tasks on time;

12. 推动持续改进工作；Carry out the constantly improving work;

13. 完成部门制定的年度指标；Achieve the PD target of Launch department;

任职要求：

1. 五年以上制造现场，工艺开发管理相关工作经验；Over 5 years in relevant industry for process development and management.

2. 有较强的分析、管理和协调能力；Strong ability of analysis, management and coordination;

3. 能熟练运用SPC, MSA, PFMEA等质量管理工具；Good at tools of quality management such as SPC,MSA, PFMEA,

4. 英语说写流利；熟练使用MSOFFICE. Good English speaking and writing; good at MS OFFICE.

5. 较强的抗压能力和进取心 Strong anti-pressure ability and aggressive.

6. 有效的沟通、计划、组织、控制、领导及协调能力； Effective communication, planning, organization, control, lead, and cooperation skills. 

7. 工作认真负责，有团队精神；Hardworking, responsible and have team-work spirit.
