·Deal with daily purchasing job according manager’s assign

Operation Phase

·Be responsible for indirect material purchasing, such as equipment, spare parts, etc.

负责间接材料的采购，如设备、零配件等。

·Supplier selection according to purchasing strategy (quality, price, delivery) in China and international.

根据公司的采购政策（质量、价格、交付）在国内外选择合适的供应商。

·Price negotiation and risk mitigation.

价格谈判和风险控制。

·Contract management.

合同管理。

·Supplier development and management.

供应商的发展和管理。

·Prepare and place purchase order.

·Delivery control and deal with claim.

交付控制和索赔处理。

·Payables optimization.

Critical Experience and Skills/关键技能和经验

·At least 2 years’ purchasing assistant experience in chemical industrial at multinational company.

化工行业跨国公司至少2年以上采购助理经验。

·Colleage degree or above in business, mechanical or engineering.

商业、化工或工程大专以上学位。

·Good internal/external communication skills.

良好的内外部沟通技巧。

·Good English both in oral and written, CET4 or above

良好的口头和书面英语能力，大学英语4级及以上。

·Above 1 year SAP or other ERP system experience

1年以上SAP 使用经验

Personal Skills

·Highest integrity (kick back resistant)

诚信度高。

·Strong team player

良好的团队意识。

·Self-motivator with ability to work independently.

能主动、独立地进行工作。

·Good experience of MS office excel and word
