Key responsibilities/主要职责

1．Project phase 项目阶段

·Assist R&D manager for the pilot workshop construction, incl. P&ID review, equipment installation and qualification, etc.

协助研发经理进行中试车间的建设，包括图纸审核，设备安装和验证，等

·Assist R&D manager for the manufacturing team build up.

协助研发经理进行操作操作团队的建设

·Assist R&D manager for the procedure establishment for pilot workshop, inc SOP, SHE, working instruction, management procedure

协助研发经理建立适用于中试车间的流程，包括SOP、SHE, 工作指导书和管理流程

·Take the responsibility of the personnel training in pilot workshop, inc. technical training, GMP training, safety training, etc.

负责中试车间的人员培训，包括技术培训，GMP培训，安全培训，等

·Work together with other functional department to develop a procedure for the process transfer

与其它职能部门合作开发工艺转移的流程

·Assist R&D manager to establish the management system in R&D department.

协助研发经理建立相关的研发部门的管理体系

2．Operation phase 运营阶段

·Coach/direct operating teams in term of developing a safe and efficient plant process.

在开发一个安全，高效的生产工艺期间培训/指导操作团队

·Review and give final approval for manufacturing procedure

审阅和批准生产流程

·Actively participate process risk analysis to ensure that the intended process can be run safely in the pilot plant.

积极参与工艺安全分析以确保工艺在中试车间能够安全的运行

·Ensure operating procedures comply with HSE, cGMP and other requirements.

确保操作流程符合安全，质量和其它方面的要求

·Develop technical solutions for pilot plant production, optimize operational performance

在中试车间生产过程中制定技术解决方案，并且优化运行效果

·Contribute to trouble shooting, in investigations in processing, equipment and infrastructure problems/deviations and in the implementation of follow-up activities.

参与故障排除及生产、设备和基础设施问题/偏差的调查并执行后续的改进措施

·Contribute to continuous business improvements

促进业务持续改善

·Contribute to writing and reviewing operational instructions

协助编写和审查操作指导书

·Contributes to capital investment project reviews, long term planning discussions, budget monitoring & control and KPI management

·Close collaboration with planner/process supervisor in order to optimize resource allocation as appropriate

·Support R&D manager or production manager in the development, monitoring and optimizing of general R&D processes staff and facilities for effectiveness, customer needs and internal /external compliance.

协助研发经理或者生产经理在效率，客户需求及内部/外部合规方面对本部门的人员和设备设施进行开发，监控和优化。

·Work with R&D manager to set objectives, direction, and priorities of R&D.

协助研发经理制定目标，方向和研发的优先性。

Critical Experience and Skills/关键技能与经验

·Bachelor degree or above is preferred

本科以上学历为优。

·5 years or above of experience working in a chemical plant and above 2 year to lead a manufacturing team, the experience working in pharmaceutical plant is preferred.

有5年化工厂的工作经验以及2年带队经验，有药厂工作的经验为优。

·Strong awareness on HSE and GMP.

在安全和质量方面有很强的意识

·Has experience on Lean/5s is preferred.

有精益生产/5S方面的经验为优

·Good English skill

英语良好

·Comfortable with working with computer based control systems
