本科以上学历，机械工程或相关专业优先；
工作经验
两年以上汽车生产、物流或质量工程管理经验；
技能技巧
熟悉ISO/TS16949质量体系及项目管理；
产品开发或改良的成功经验；
团队领导能力。
岗位职责
1.根据预定目标开发新产品及过程变动；
2.融合、激活同一项目中不同团队的工作（包括生产、质量、物流）
3.参与PTL工作
4.按时执行APDS任务及其相关跟踪任务；
5.确认当前准备状态，包括所有要求的资源（生产线、机械、工具、量表、人力及质量安全文件）；
6.与相关团队协力领导客户及内部项目的合格品及样品；
7.负责从设计到生产阶段的项目移交；
8.负责项目进度及工厂相关的成本管理
