Job Summary:

In this role, you are required to support the activities related to China Trade Compliance in the Asia North region, including China mainland, HK and TW, Australia, Japan and South Korea.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support Sr. Regional Trade Compliance Manager, Asia North and Sr. Regional Trade Compliance Analyst in implementing the China Trade Compliance activities.

• Support local team to do global RPS screening and KYC due diligence deployment in China, especially due-diligence to check and obtain controlling shareholder information from the local official Enterprise Credit Publicity Information System and make sure the work is properly archived per global record keeping policy and other requirements.

• According to global Country of Origin process, support local COO determination sheet with engineers for manufactured items and help to collect from regional sourcing team for LTSD and other support documents.

• Work with regional trade compliance champions to make sure the change of Country of Origin makes no negative influence to the business and all the documents generated during the above process are properly archived.

• Understand the purpose of the post entry check and collaborate with local import and export team to select the proper samples for sampling check.

• Support admin and logistics work of the department.

Key Competencies:

• Good working knowledge of English language skills, both oral and written.

• Background in trading, logistics and customs are preferred.

• Good communicator and a team player with ability to work independently

• Confident, ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization

• Multitasking and computer skills.

• Works earnestly careful and strong in details.
