1. 实施厂房设施TPM保养，确保设施处于良好状态及时维修厂房设施

2.空调、空压、电梯、消防维护技术工,对全厂的厂房设施进行巡修维护

3. 对备件管理及消耗反馈

4. 对工厂动力设施进行定期的维护保养

5. 配合设施工程师做好工程质量验收

6. 工作场地“5S”维护

要求：

以下证件需要有一种或者以上（有相关空调制冷证，锅炉相关证证，有电工证）
