We are looking for Assistant Country Manager. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for:
· Recruitment and team management for the company
· Product and business development
· Produce new sales for the company both locally and overseas
· Maintaining sales performance and achieving set targets
· Planning, forecasting and realizing the whole sales operations
Job requirement:
· A diploma holder
· 5 years above local/export sales experience with 3 years in senior level

· Imp./exp. experience gain from China is a plus
· Experience in either mining/construction/papers or FMCG business is an advantage
· Excellent negotiation and communication skills
· Proficient in PC application
· Hard working, strong leadership skills, well planning and problem solving
· Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) is a MUST
· Regularly report to the CEO and be able to give proper opinions.
· Overseas travelling in Asian countries
