POSITION SUMMARY :

Material planner is manage the material purchase and responsibility for material flow time and slow moving inventory handling

MAIN DUTIES:

1.Assist direct Manger to define and achieve KPI

2.Customer information and selling price set up in MFG

3.Item master update for material, for example lead time and Min order qty.

4.Logistics cost compare base on Abcus and control, check

5.Place material order base on demand on time and follow the material arrival date.

6.Control material flow time and reduce inventory value, weekly review long aging inventory and make plan to improve.

7. Send material DELFOR to vendor for goods prepare, send DELJIT information to vendor and inform vendor arrange material delivery on time.

8.Every Wed. have MPS meeting, discuss recent demand and delivery status in current week,Send MPS leveling form to APU for arrange production for week N+1. if any material supply problem, coordinate with material planner and APU to adjustment production plan on time to ensure production efficiency.

9.Use RCCP tool to check the capacity to ensure send customer reasonable delivery schedule

10. Send TPA plan to warehouse before office close on every Friday, review TPA status 4PM everyday.

11. Arrange logistics company pick up goods on time and allocate goods on MFG base on customer order, inform customer invoice and packing information on time. Resolve problem happen in transit

12. Coordinate customer demand and production arrangement, try to full fill customer demand all time, improve service quality and response time.

13. Report monthly KPI, sales status review and analysis, logistic cost check and apply

Requirement:

2 years planner work experience in manufacturing field, Automotive or similar background is preferred.

Familiar with MRP & MPS system.

Good command of both spoken & reading English.
