职位描述
岗位职责
1、协助完善考勤管理制度，并收集核对考勤数据；
1、协助完善考勤管理制度，并收集核对考勤数据；
2、协助完成员工薪资核算；
3、建立并完善考勤档案及薪资档案；
4、负责五险一金及个税申报及缴纳；
5、了解并掌握公司各项与薪资福利相关的政策，及国家相关规定，并提出调整建议；
6、领导交办的其他任务。
任职资格
1、人力资源或相关专业本科以上学历；
2、一年以考勤管理及薪酬福利相关工作经验；
3、熟悉人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程；
4、具有良好的职业道德，踏实稳重，工作细心，责任心强，有较强的沟通、协调能力，有团队协作精神；
5、熟练使用相关办公软件，良好的英语书写和沟通能力。
