职位描述：
Provide professional administrative support to sales director / local solutions director to ensure the operation are in efficient and accurate manner
Coordinate and communicate with internal cross-function departments for the issues assigned by Sales Director & local solutions director.
Assist Sales Director & local solutions director to have good and efficient internal communication and administration management of sale team & local solutions team, especially for those related to regional managers.
Coordinate and facilitate various meetings/sales convention/key customer activity/team building to ensure all details are in line with the requests, including necessary travel, accommodations etc.
Follow up the issues assigned by Sales Director & local solutions director.
Assist regional managers/ local solutions team to deal with daily paper work and administration affairs.
 Need to understand how a supplier sell to a OEM customer in China.
Need to be outgoing, good at creating customer relations, good at social media. 举报 分享
