Job Responsibility:
HR and C&B Management
1.Be responsible for the payroll of Wuhu/Shanghai/Longbow, ensure the accuracy following of the relative government policies;
2.Administrate the C&B database;
3.In charge of benefits issues to be sure of the company benefits policies are in line with the relative regulations and local government's requirements;
4.Providing support of compensation and benefits.;
5.Be responsible for annual salary survey and provide advice ensure the competitive and motivating C&B for local staff;
6.Be responsible for staff on board, resignation ,leaving and transferring whole process handling;
7.Staff file documentation and maintenance.
Employee Relationship
1.Be responsible for Employee relations;
2.Administrate and update the personal files;
3.Maintain the leave records for all staff.
Admin. Management
1.Company car/ Canteen/stationery management;
2.Employee Activities;
3.LOI for visa application.
Other assigned tasks from manager.
Job Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree or above, majored in human resource or English;
2.Excellent communication skills and organizational skills;
3.Ability to work under pressure;
4.Proficient in computer application such as MS Office;
5.Proficiency in spoken, reading, writing English;
6.Good spirit and ability in team work.
