JOB PURPOSE 设置本岗位的目的
- The additional headcount will support S&F.
POSITION REPORTS TO: 直接主管
Head of Specification & Formula Management
DIRECT REPORTS: 下属:N/A
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES 主要工作职责
- Set-up product specifications and manage changes according to global rules
- Localization of ingredients and formulas according to agreed global principles and Flavour Industrialization Rules
- Manage exception handling approval when formula violates Flavour Industrialization Rules
- Manage changes of formulas according to globally established principles
- Manage deactivation of ingredients and formulas according to globally established principles
- Manage execution of resolution provided by technical team for ingredient issues
- Manage customer questionnaires and customer requests on product specifications according to local regulations and global rules (50%)

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE 资质与经验
- Diploma/Bachelor in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or relevant fields with 2 to 3 years of industry experience
- Have technical knowledge in production/flavor will be an advantage
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and SAP
- Good communication and problem solving skill
- Able to work with diverse culture
- Able to perform as a team player with good working attitude and drive for results
