1. Collect various potential resources and chose potential customers, explore real needs of potential customers, present addressing services and products with quality results, developed new customers successfully. fulfill sales target achieve the target released by company finally.
2. Keeping on acquiring service situation and further needs from exiting customers, strengthen communication and maintain customers at a higher level. Receiving customers / visitors to support external relationship establishment.
3. handle complaints and payments in arrears, decrease negative affection as much as possible.
4. Under general sales strategy, developing / maintaining markets to expand the share and promote company image, keeping brand high reputation.
5. Communicate and contact with markets/customers, get and organize the feedback for reference of related company strategy. Coordinating internally with related depts., and sales team inside the group according to company policy.
6. Other tasks indicated by the director/company.
Major Challenge:
1. To achieve the sales target with quality results.
2. Set up suitable sales & marketing strategy to maximize the target.
3. Cost control and stabilize the system to support the sales.
