Major responsibility :

Expanding distribution channels in north China;

Sales and margin target realisation;

Maintaining good relation with customers ;

Managing activity of sales representatives ;

Developing sales competencies by coaching sales representatives on the route;

On time reporting according to corporate standards;

Analysis of market and competitor activities.

At least 2 years experience in management of sales team and distribution network developing;

Two years experience in selling building or interior decoration material is an asset;

High commitment to the tasks performed and excellent multi task work ability;

Result-orientation and customer focused personality;

Flexible, open-minded and self-driven personality with “I will do it” mind set;

High communication and interpersonal skills;

Ability to work in international team company according to corporate procedures;

Ability to work in MS Office environment (Word, Excel, Power Point);

Chinese nationality with fluent English is a MUST condition.
