专业知识要求Knowledge required：

1. 熟悉TS16949质量体系,有内审员证书
Familiar with TS16949 system and with internal auditor certificate
2. 熟悉ISO14001环境管理体系及OHSAS18001职业、安全和健康体系
Familiar with EHS , ISO14001 and OHSAS18001
3. 熟悉APQP，FMEA，MSA，SPC、8D, DOE等质量工具；
Familiar with the quality tools eg. APQP，FMEA，MSA，SPC、8D, DOE
4. 有控制管理、评审或过程质量控制经验
Have the management and audit experience or experience of process quality control

岗位职责
Job Responsibility
1. 作为质量功能上的项目小组成员积极参与APDS过程
Be actively involved in the APDS-process as a APDS project team member representing the Quality function
2. 负责在项目开发阶段收集类似产品在质量控制方面的经验和定义产品内部控制质量目标
Responsible to collect similar product’s experience for quality control side in phase 0 of project development, and define internal quality target
3. 参与生产线验收、过程验收和过程验证；在节拍生产验证时，从质量方面验证结果是否符合本公司和顾客的要求，检查问题在SOP前的关闭状态
Participate in production line release, process release and process validation; Verify that the results from quality related activities at R@R meet Autoliv and customer requirements. Verify the closure of open
4. 确定产品样件、试生产、生产各阶段的控制计划并负责编制和监督实施，确保过程受控
Responsible to work out Prototype-, pre-production- and serial production control plan and supervise to implement, ensure process within control
5. 负责确定产品的检验方法和检夹具，并编制产品/零件的检验规范和产品审核指导书
Responsible to define the inspection methods and gauges of products/components; And make products/components inspection work instruction & product audit work instruction
6. 负责制定产品/零件测量系统研究计划和实施、判定
Responsible to establish products/components MSA study plan and implement & judgement
7. 负责顾客PPAP及时，准确的审查和签字，准时提交给顾客
Support timely & accurate review of customer PPAP and sign off, submit to customer on time
8. 负责量产产品质量方面的工作，组织跨功能小组进行问题解决活动，开展持续改进活动
In charge of mass production quality job, organize cross function team to solve the problem and do continuous improvement
9. 负责不合格品的日常分析和处理，协调可疑品的控制
In charge of non-conformity daily analysis and disposition, also coordinate to hold of all suspect products
10. 主导问题解决跨功能小组运用8D过程:
Lead Problem Resolution Cross Functional Team using 8D-process:
a. 为了解决问题和验证顾客或奥托立夫关注项，分析任何产品的不符合
To analyze any product non-conformities in order to solve issues and verify customer or ALV concern
b. 根据需要，和CQS沟通和跟踪8D
To communicate and follow up (8D) with CQS according to need
c. 分析内部PPM，发起持续改进的行动（如PDCA，标准化，防错，产品变更，RPN降低）
To analyze internal ppm, and generate continuous improvement actions (e.g. PDCA, standards, poka-yoke, product changes, RPN reduction)
11. 参与变更管理，确保变更被有效地计划和实施，得到充分验证，并被正确记录
Participate change management, ensure change was planned and implemented efficiently, the validation is robust and change is recorded correctly
