岗位职责：
Training leader for the shifts leaders and operators;
Develop and update the training module and SOP ;
Understand in depth the process and DCS system: implement the best practices for DCS operation;
In charge of process improvement projects;
Other tasks assigned by your supervisor;


任职资格：
Bachelor science or above: major in Chemical engineering / Process engineering;
8 years working experience in chemical or petrochemical industry or incineration ;
company as chemical engineering;
Fluent in English communication;
Team-building skills;
Microsoft office, excel, project;
Open minded;
Self-discipline;
