职位描述：
工作职责：
1. 参与新产品开发的整个过程，包括设想，架构， 文件， 设计，模型，测试，供应商开发，导入量产。
2. 在电气设计有效性研究方面主导相关部门进行工作。
3. 开发新的电气设计，且符合性能，可靠性，适用性，保修，成本和制造能力的要求。
4. 对适用性、精度、可靠性、成本和计划有严格要求的零件进行新的开发设计。
5. 使用FMEA和其他适合的工具进行安装和新产品有效性的分析。
6. 支持测试和验证子系统的开发。
7. 判定和验证子系统水平的可靠性。
8. 支持产品开发过程中子系统问题的纠正和改进。
9. 与供应商密切合作，确保产品质量。
10. 在分析和解决问题上给予支持。

任职资格：
1. 电气和电气工程或信息工程专业的本科学历。
2. 至少5年轻工业电气/电子工程的工作经验。
3. 在硬件设计和电子设计方面具备扎实的知识。
4. 了解相关国家和国际标准。
5. 有使用2D工程设计软件（AutoCAD）的经验。
6. 有使用办公工具（Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point）的经验。
7. 优秀的排错和测试技巧，注意细节。
8. 具备相关研究项目的实战经验，如动力控制
9. 熟练的英语口语和书面能力，精通办公软件。


Job Responsibilities

1. Engaging in all phases of new product development, including concept, architecture, documentation, design, prototype, test, supplier interfaces, manufacturing introduction;
2. Leading electrical design feasibility study with cross function
3. Developing innovative electrical designs to meet all requirements for performance, reliability, serviceability, warranty, cost and manufacturability
4. Developing engineering design concepts for components that have tough requirements for usability, precision, reliability, cost and schedule
5. Conducting analysis of installed base and new product reliability using FMEA and other appropriate tools
6. Supporting subsystem development of verification and validation activity and execution
7. Verifying and validating subsystem level reliability
8. Supporting the subsystem defect and design change activity during product development phase
9. Working closely with supplier to ensure the product quality
10. Supporting field issue analysis and close

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree in electrical and electronic engineering, or communication and information engineering;
2. Minimum 5 years light industry electrical/electronic engineering working experiences;
3. Solid knowledge on Hardware Design and electronics design
4. Good knowledge of concerned national and international standards
5. Experience using 2D Engineering design tool (AutoCAD)
6. Experience using Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point)
7. Good Debug and experiment skill, attention to details
8. Has hands-on experience on relevant research project, like Motion Control
