职位描述：
Your tasks
? Encourage a Culture of Safety (prompt reporting of hazards & risks, raise management and staff awareness, define and roll out action plans and policies, conduct weekly/monthly HSE meetings)
? Ensuring Workplace Safety (conformity of material and equipment, adherence to instructions regarding HSE, conduct and organize external certification of equipment regarding ISO9001)
? Liaise with relevant authorities in respect to mainly OHS issues but as well general liaison with authorities for approvals, applications, certificates and audits
? Check the work certificates of the personnel performing work
? Design, conduct and check effectiveness safety induction trainings/programs
? Assist Operational Manager in implementing procedures and ensure they are correctly applied
? Keep up-to-date with developments in the OHS field including legislation, regulations, guidelines and best practice
? Facility Management of process, workshop and office equipment (HVAC, AC, compressed air, electricity)

Your profile
? Good command of English is an requirement
? Ability to communicate and to work in a team
? 3 years relevant professional practice in the field of HSE would be an advantage
? Readiness to take on responsibility
? Good computer skills (Excel, Word)
? Accurate, precise working attitude
