Job Title: Contract Manager

Location: Shanghai ( site base close to Shanghai is required)
Job Description:

? Quantity Survey
Settle the quantity of work performed based on Drawings and other engineering documents .
? Change Management
Prepare estimate of Site Instructions with cost impact and register them;
Evaluate the proposals from Contractor for these Site Instructions and settle them timely.
? Payment Application Verification
Lead to distribute the payment application to related Field Supervisor for checking;
Review and verification of the payment value and prepare the payment request for Client Approval.
