POSITION 职位: Sr. Marketing Executive

JOB PURPOSE 设置本岗位的目的
The person will be responsible for marketing strategy, innovation projects management & reactive marketing support for Snack and Food Service categories. Support line manager on savory projects.
POSITION REPORTS TO: 直接主管
Marketing Manager
DIRECT REPORTS: 下属

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES 主要工作职责
? Develop marketing innovation plans and implementation in targeted quality and time-ly.
? Develop in depth understanding and knowledge of the market, industry dynamics, competitive positioning and consumer understanding to effectively manage the inno-vation projects and identify the new opportunities and capture the opportunities by leveraging company resources (local/regional/global, cross functional resources).
? Build good collaboration with regional team and support on China relevant projects.
? Understand customers’ brand and formulate brand relevant concepts and to trans-late consumer & sensory insights into customers’ business for sustainable growth
? Strategic thinking for category management and short and long term development growth
? Daily support on customer’s reactive projects

QUALICATION AND EXPERIENCE 资质与经验
? BS in Food technology, Chemistry and/or Marketing, MBA or formal business training/certification is of an advantage
? Minimum of 5 years’ experience, with previous experience in either marketing or sales in B2B food ingredient/additive companies or FMCG
? Natural Leadership / Influencing skills
? Strong capacity to manage projects in a matrix organization. Strong skill to process a broad range of external / internal sources of information/trends/consumer insights and to convert into develop direction for the sales organization
? Strong written & verbal communication skills
? Tactically oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities
? Decisive and good team player
? Customer Driven
Less experience will be considered as Marketing Executive
