POSITION 职位: Portfolio Specialist
DIVISION 业务部门: Flavours

JOB PURPOSE 设置本岗位的目
Dynamically optimize China library and improve its usage by leveraging existing flavours, resources, capabilities and proactively filling our product/data gaps, and increase the Win Rate of non-Gold project.
POSITION REPORTS TO: 直接主管

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES 主要工作职责
- BUILDING: Build the collections
- Plans the portfolio build up in alignment with the country commercial strategy
- Ensures alignment of country collections with today’s market needs through MPR + CIR and fast track processes for medium segments / icons
- Works closely with marketing and CU to build collections that anticipate future market needs and contain the Best of Givaudan
- Populates systems with relevant information
- Acts as the flavour market expert when it comes to mains flavour icons
- PROMOTION: Promote the collections internally
- Structures and communicates collection updates on a regular base to the technical and commercial teams, including tasting
- Supports the marketing and sales external promotions
- SELECTION & SUBMISSION: Select flavours for reactive briefs
- Responsible for the flavour selection for reactive projects of any size, by leveraging the collections
- Builds the Value Proposition for selected projects together with the account manager
- Is responsible for the approval of flavours outside the collection

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE 资质与经验
- BSc or equivalent in Food Science and Technology or related subject
- Good written and verbal communication skills (Local language + English)
- Has passed the evaluator/sensory screening test -or- has evaluation experience in the flavour / fragrance industry
- At least 10 years experience in Flavour Applications / Evaluation, or from the food, beverage, fragrance industry
- Proficiency in common PC applications (MS word, Excel, ppt)
- Preferred: Working knowledge of MS Project and MS Access
