2、3年以上涂料厂工作经历

3、有调色经验包括金属漆调色

4、手工喷板技术好者优先

5、有实验室工作背景

6、有一定英语基础，能读写

7、熟悉MS、Office等电脑软件操作

工作职责：

1、喷板调色

2、及时分析问题、解决问题并有效的提供技术支持

3、提供参考配方并能在客户现场协助协助实验提高客户应用水平

4、协助管理实验室的日常运行

5、生成实验报告并与销售以及市场部同事分享

6、为销售、分销以及客户做实验相关培训

7、指导并建议实验员的工作

8、处理实验结果并得出结论

9、跟进客户需求，收集并更新涂料市场以及竞争对手的相关信息

Job Responsibility职责:

Match colour by hand spray

Support technical marketing by providing timely and effective technical support, trouble-shooting and problem solving

Prepare guiding formulation to customers and attend on-site trials at customer's plant to optimize processing condition

assist laboratory system and support day-to-day operation

Coordinate the lab reports and share information with sales and marketing colleagues

Give the lab trainings to our sales colleagues, distributors and customers

Advise and guide the lab technicians regarding lab works

Coordinate test results and make final conclusion

Follow up customer needs, collect and update on coating market and competitive intelligence
