行政方面：
1、 负责总公司间的行政管理沟通，各项规章制度的执行并监督
2、 管理后勤支援工作
3、 做好公司资产、设备的购置、管理及维护
4、 每年完成经营证件的年检工作及相关政府行政事项；公司证件、文件的保管、存档，以便政府部门或相关部门的查阅调用


人事方面：
1、 助招聘工作，包括简历的筛选及面试
2、 员工入职手续、离职手续的办理、培训工作
3、 员工信息的管理及更新，做好考勤工作
其他：
上级的其他工作安排

职位要求：
1、 大专或以上学历
2、 熟悉地方政策，2年或以上人事行政工作经验优先
3、 熟悉操作办公软件和办公自动化设备
4、 坦诚、自信、有高度的责任心
5、 有良好的团队合作精神及敬业精神
6、 较强的观察力和应变能力，良好的判断力和沟通能力，亲和力
7、 普通话流利
