Main Accountabilities

? Be responsible for sales and business development related activities within assigned areas to achieve the individual planned targets as sales volume;
? Closely work with front-end sales to identify project opportunities to improve the market coverage;
? Actively follow up new project opportunities with in-depth analysis and good coordination together with frond-end sales to ensure good level of hit rate;
? Manage the projects in effective way with periodic updates with good quality, incl. coordination between customer and factory to ensure satisfactory delivery.
? Perform product marketing activities to deliver related product training to external customers as well as internal colleagues related to improve awareness on offerings;
? Establish good relationship with customer for long-term cooperation;

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

? Bachelor degree or above;
? Minimum 5 years sales working experience in related field;
? Familiar with Instrument Transformer or MV Switchgear’s products and market;
? Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills expected, and willingness to travel;
? Deep understanding of the business model (purchasing behaviours) of both PSB's and PB's;
? Have good team work spirit;
? Good English and computer level.

全球领先的电力和自动化技术集团ABB今天宣布，与广东四会互感器厂有限公司签署合资协议，成立广东四会ABB互感器有限公司。新公司将成为ABB全球中压互感器生产基地之一，主要设计、制造生产开关设备所需的互感器、传感器和中压绝缘组件。

ABB（中国）有限公司董事长方秦在当天的签约仪式上表示：“新公司的成立后，ABB在华企业总数将达到30家。这是ABB坚持在华投资和发展的又一有力举措。过去6年中，ABB在华年均投资额超过1亿美元。”

互感器是一种测量传感器，主要用以测量电力系统的保护和监视所需的电流和电压值。中压互感器是中压开关系统实现稳定和可靠运转的关键设备。中国中压互感器市场一直保持着约10%的年增长率。


根据协议，中方合作伙伴将把其所拥有的全部中压互感器、传感器和绝缘组件业务并入新成立的合资公司，ABB将帮助新公司全面提升企业经营水平，令其在产品技术、制造工艺、企业管理、职工健康安全等方面达到国际水平。


方秦说：“智能电网前景鼓舞人心，将会有力促进包括开关设备在内的电力系统的市场发展，从而带动了对高质量传感器产品的市场需求。ABB是中国领先的开关设备供应商，我们要为满足自身和市场对高质量传感器的双重需求做好准备。”

新公司计划于2010年第三季度正式投产，产品将供应给ABB本地开关设备企业，同时面向国内外市场销售。


新公司成立后，将陆续引进生产ABB全球技术领先的、具有体积小、高效节能等突出优点的中压传感器，进一步提高企业的竞争力。


广东四会互感器厂有限公司成立于1988年，专门设计、生产和销售互感器、变压器、开关设备、传感器和绝缘件等产品。统计数据显示，该公司目前是国内中压互感器企业五强之一。


广东一直是ABB在华重要的业务基地。除了新公司外，ABB在广东还有中山ABB变压器有限公司和ABB新会低压开关有限公司两家本地企业，同时在广州、深圳和东莞还设有三家分公司，员工数量超过1800人。
